Background

Dr. Pendleton grew up in Santa Clara, Utah, graduating from Dixie High School. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Utah School of Medicine and was President of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society at the University of Utah School of Medicine where he graduated in 1993. Dr. Pendleton was Chief Resident at McKay-Dee Hospital residency program 1995-1996. He practiced in Ephraim, Utah for 6 years before joining St. George Clinic in 2002. Dr. Pendleton is Board Certified in Family Medicine and sees pediatric and adult patients. He and his wife, Kristina, and their 4 children love to be back home in St. George.
