Central Utah Clinic's Diabetes Education Classes provide the knowledge to empower people to make wise choices and dispel fear by offering the latest information about diabetes. Instructors include certified diabetes educators,an exercise physiologist, a dietitian, physical therapists and a pharmacist. Class fees are covered by most insurances.
Classes meet in the Internal Medicine Classroom, 1055 N. 500 W., Suite 212, Provo, UT
