Dear Valued Patient,
 
Understanding your health care benefits can be troubling.  Insurance companies may change coverage, place restrictions upon you, present gaps in coverage, and change drug prices, all of which create confusion about what choices you have when it comes to filling your prescriptions.  Our patients regularly express concern about how their benefits are like a revolving door, questioning whether or not they are receiving value for the prescription dollars they spend.  In the past, we have responded in a variety of ways to your concerns.
 
While some pharmacies provide drugs at low prices from a list, our patients frequently tell us their medications are not always included on those lists and that when those list change, they do not know whether they are getting the best value.  Based upon your feedback, we will be discontinuing our 90 for $9 Prescription Drug Program on November 30, 2011 and replacing it with Your Script, Your Way, a new program providing many state-of-the-art quality and cost-reducing pharmacy services simply not available elsewhere.  
 
Over the years, we have introduced many services you have requested.  In a continuing effort to provide these patient-honored services, we introduce Your Script, Your Way, committing ourselves even more to your health care needs, including:
 
Pharmacist-Approved Refills:    If you do run out, we’ll refill it for you on the spot.
Therapeutic Interchanges:          We can switch you to something else, just ask!
Annual Drug Supplies:                   Annual fill-up with your annual check-up, save money.
Automatic Mail-Out Services:    Your prescriptions are regularly sent to you.
Consolidated Prescriptions:       You get your prescriptions all at the same time.
 
Your Script, Your Way will enhance your medication adherence, convenience, and provide more cost- and time-saving options you desire when it comes to filling your prescriptions.  We are pleased to offer these new services and invite you to call or stop by to speak with us about your
